James S. Cannon is President of Energy Futures, Inc., a company he founded in 1979 to provide client services in the areas of research, policy analysis, public education and information dissemination regarding energy and environmental issues.  Throughout his career Mr. Cannon has worked as an employee or consultant to nonprofit organiza¬tions, government agen¬cies and the private sector in over 30 states in the USA and in more than 20 countries in Europe, Asia and South America.  The author of numerous books and studies, Mr. Cannon frequently speaks on energy and environmental concerns before govern¬men¬tal, academ¬ic, and public audiences.
